    A friend took me here for lunch while I was in town. The entire staff was very friendly.  The lunch special includes your choice of meat and  three sides. I ordered the hamburger steak with grilled onions and gravy. For my sides, I chose the greens, field peas and vegetable soup.  Everything tasted like I was eating at home. Good food!

    If I could give zero stars, I would.  Gross!  The first sweet tea I had was full of foreign objects in the bottom (not tea grounds), and the second one had a huge bug in it.  I do not understand how this place has a high rating.  The restaurant wasn't clean and the ONE waitress waiting on the entire restaurant had serious BO.  We walked out before our food came.  I don't want to know what's been crawling in that.

    Good family owned restaurant with great plate lunches. They also make some good fried shrimp. Currently being remodeled, but still open.
